• Definition of the word [tent]-a portable shelter made of cloth, supported by one or more poles and stretched tight by cords or loops attached to pegs driven into the ground.
  • If your “tent” has an axle and wheels, it is not a tent and will be considered a “camper”. Applicable charges will be applied.
  • All primitive camping is on a first come first serve bases. No reservations are available. You may buy your entrance pass on line but the $5.00 per night tent fee is payable on arrival.
  • Primitive camping areas accommodate tent camping, recreational vehicle and bike trailers
  • No electrical or water hook ups are available in the primitive area. There is plenty of primitive space available. No worries.
  • No roping off compounds unless approved by Angel City management.
  • Generators are welcome in DESIGNATED areas only. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL GENERATORS ALLOWED. Please think and be considerate of your neighbors.
  • Support vehicles (cars and trucks) are allowed in camping areas but must remain parked except to exit the grounds. They are not allowed to “cruise” the grounds.
  • Grills and campfires are allowed but according to the GA State Fire Code you must have a fire extinguisher available at your site.
  • Firewood ONLY is to be burned in fire pits. Under no circumstances is wood that contains nails, pallets or construction lumber to be burned.
  • No bottles/trash allowed to be burned
  • All fires must be extinguished and ashes must be removed before exiting the grounds.
  • Showers -Hot and clean provided by A-OK Portables. A minimum fee and hours are governed by A-OK Portables. The showers are located next to the first building on the left as you “face” Angel City.
  • Port-A-Johns are available and are located throughout the grounds.
  • Port-A-John rental is available. If you wish to rent your own personal toilet, you may do so when you check in at the ticket booth.
